We highly recommend that you quarantine your new pet(s) in a separate air space from your current pets for a period of 21 days (3 weeks). This is to prevent any spread of illness to your pets. It is super important during this time that you monitor your new pets and their health. If you have any concerns please consult with your vet. If the vet confirms that the rat has an illness that will be a constant problem or is genetic we will take the rat back and replace it. This is void if you choose to forgo quarantine. Refunds will not be given at this time.
