Once you have selected your new baby(s), a 50% deposit is needed to reserve your little one(s). The deposit can be paid through cash in person, a check in person, or through the mail. Deposits are non-refundable except for on the occasions we cannot follow through with the sale. This can happen if the baby gets sick, is not pet worthy, or dies while in our care. In these circumstances your deposit will be refunded. If you decide not to follow through with the purchase the deposit will not be refunded. The remaining payment is due at your pet's pick-up.
